  • It starts with a 4 minute intake survey. We’ll tailor your workout program based on your current bone health diagnosis, mobility and prior experience.

  • Provide feedback after every workout so the program continually adapts to you. Over time, the goal is to increase to more challenging movements, more reps, and increased weight.

  • Each workout incorporates key movements like squats, push-ups, and impact that based on scientific evidence for improving bone health.
